Hmm, great questions, all of them!
Well, I'm going to answer all of these questions, via this my Site Build It! review, as best I can! (And if you just want to see some example SBI! sites - some example SBI! sites !)
And who am I to do so? Well, my name is Steve M Nash I've been successfully making money online full-time since 2000 and I've been a SBI! site owner (or SBIer) since 2001.
So I know a lot about the good, the bad and the ugly of SBI! and I'll try and share my knowledge in as impartial a way as possible. (Impartial? What is Site Build It! (SBI!)?

Yes, SBI! is good - in fact, it's fantastic! But any tool or service is ONLY as good as the operator. So read on, to see if you like the sound of how SBI! operates...

The fact is, SBI! is a difficult product/service to explain. It means different things to different people. I know this first hand, as I've had my first SBI! site since 2001, and I still don't completely understand everything Site Build It! can do, even now!
I'd basically say if a step-by-step proven way to earning an extra income sounds of interest to you, even if hard work is involved, then I'd say SBI! is for you!
Whether you're an expert web builder or an absolute beginner...

...So who is SBI NOT for?
Or, what are the problems with SBI!?
There are some people that will not like using Site Build It!. And I'd categories those people into the following groups:
- Those people who are impatient for success come to mind - never-ending
followers of get-rich-quick schemes. Needs no further comment, really.
- Those that cannot follow instructions
or simply 'know better'. This means those with some SEO skills, or site-building skills who just want to do it their way. If you can't follow the instructions in the SBI! Action Guide then you're not going to succeed with SBI!
- Those people who are just looking for cheap web hosting. Yes, SBI! provides web hosting, but it is MUCH more than a web host! Let's face it, web hosting is important but as long as you get good support a decent minimum up-time and bandwidth, web hosting isn't that important. And if it is, then SBI! isn't for you, either!
SBI! does have some technical limitations - which, again, does not suit some people! For example, there is no FTP or access to Perl/CGI programs. And if you're looking to build an all-singing, all-dancing website which requires use of PHP scripts etc., then I advise you that SBI! is not for you, either!
My Problem With SBI?...
One gripe that I have is SBI!'s block-by-block builder - the SBI! site building tool that lets beginners build SBI! sites.
The Block Builder is a bit clunky, and slow (especially if you don't use the Firefox web browser). I have never used this Block Builder, ever, for those reasons! It would be far too slow for me to build a web page, and it might be too slow for you, too.
Again, I do not use Block Builder - I create my pages using my favorite HTML editor (Dreamweaver) - but those that do seem to have no problem with it.
Having said that, SiteSell are always improving Block Builder and it is a great way for beginners to start building their website - and many transition to building their pages using Dreamweaver, or another site building tool, eventually. (They are also soon to introduce new templates that will make the block builder easier and more powerful to use. And I hear that Block-Builder is going to be completely revamped in late 2011...)
Look, by no means is SBI! perfect - I just think it's the only all-in-one internet business building solution out there; it's the best way for the average person (with passion) to succeed online...
But, as I said, SBI! is not for everyone.
The great thing is, though, is that you can always get a full refund in the first 90 days, and a pro rata refund after that, if you decide SBI! is not for you.
Okay, how much does Site Build It cost?
SBI! sites cost US$299 per year or $29.99 per month, both paid in advance.
Now you may be thinking that sounds like a lot of money, and who am I to tell you that it isn't. All I'd say is that SBI! is about business building, rather than website building - this is a very subtle, but important distinction!
So in terms of building a successful online business, these costs are tiny!
In terms of costs for mere web hosting or site building, less so.
The cost is the cost. I'm more than happy with the price, myself, as I see the cost as both investment and business foundation...
