Personally, I now use Aweber (pay annually), as I was a little disappointed with the hard-sell of Getresponse (admittedly, this was several years ago), and found the technical aspects of Autoresponse off-putting (though I did use the software for three years or so).
I want my communications to get through to those that request it, and I believe Aweber is best-suited to continually meet that ever-changing challenge.
